Policies

These are the standard policies of Art of Shiatsu.

*Sessions
- Regular session is 1 hr
- Extended session is 1.5hrs
- Session time Doe not include intake, client assessment, discussion. Please allow 1/2hr of extra time for your appointment. You will not be charged for the extra time.


*Appointments
- Appointments are accepted through phone calls only.

Emails are unreliable means of communication for scheduling.

- You will receive an appointment reminder call from us within 24hours prior to your session unless you have specifically asked us NOT to make these phone calls.

Please be punctual!!
- Arriving late for your appointment DOES NOT extend your session time.

- You will be charged for FULL scheduled time.

If you arrive 20min late for your regular appointment, your session will be based on the remaining 40min scheduled slot you have reserved for yourself. AND You will be charged the full session price.


*Cancellations/Rescheduling
- Please notify us at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment for cancellations or to reschedule.

- You will be charged FULL scheduled price for cancellation without at least 24hours prior notice.

*Emergencies
- We understand that life is full of surprises and emergencies. We will consider them on a case by case bases. If you can't make it to the appointment, or are going to be late, please, give us a call.
